In addition to the things mentioned in Section 13 of the Procurement Act, the following things may be mentioned in the Bidding Documents:-
(a) Plans, maps,
of the proposed work (b) Bill of Quantities,
(c) Quantity of Goods,
(d) work to be done by the bidder,
(e) Time for supply of goods, completion of construction work,
(f) Warranty and Maintenance Provisions,
(g) the type and extent of necessary training and supervision to be provided by the bidder,
(h) the goods or spare parts to be supplied must be new and undamaged; (i) Sources of funds required for the proposed purchase.
